Children ages 4 and up will have a fun experience learning all about gymnastics!. Activities and lessons are individualized to give each child a chance to develop to his/her potential. Boys and girls ages 7 and up are divided into separate groups for instruction as boys use different equipment than girls do. For ages 4-6, we offer a co-ed beginners group. This class is only offered in the Fall, Winter and Spring sessions.
Salto's High School Gymnastics classes provide an opportunity to keep up your skills and to develop new skills for season. Instructors for this class are also high school program coaches. These classes are offered in the Fall, Spring, and Summer sessions.
Begins Summer 2022! Athletes will use the tumbl trak and trampolines to learn jumps, flips and learn about air awareness and different body positions. Classes can be found under the Tumbling/Cheer classes.
